Registration
Invite your friends and colleagues! Registrations are still available. While we recommend registering in advance for your convenience, walk-ins are also welcome for both workshops and the conference. Learn more about rates and packages here.
(Some workshops have already sold out, so we recommend registering in advance if a particular workshop is important to you.)

Venue location, transportation, and parking
The Colorado Convention Center is located at 700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202.700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202. Enter on the 14th St. side near the Blue Bear. (You’ll see it.)
There are many ways to get to the Colorado Convention Center:
-Most official conference hotels are walking distance
-Uber and Lyft operate in Denver, as do regional taxi services.
-Denver is also radically flat, and Bird provides scooters and e-bikes throughout the city
-Arrive using light rail and bus transit or parking options on-site and nearby
Check-in & Badge Pickup
We recommend picking up your badge well ahead of the first session you want to attend, especially if you would like to attend the opening plenary on the morning of Wednesday, June 18.
For workshop attendees, please pick up your badge at least 60 minutes prior to the start of your first workshop.
For general conference attendees, picking up your badge on Monday or Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning at 7:00 AM is recommended.
On Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17:
-Registration for workshop registrants opens at 7:00am, including walk-ins
-General conference badges can be picked up from 12:00 PM — 6:00 PM
On Wednesday, June 18, Thursday, June 19, and - Friday, June 20, registration opens at 7:00 AM.
If you arrive during peak hours on Wednesday morning, there may be a line - come early!
Registration is located in Lobby F. Enter the Colorado Convention Center on 14th St (near the Blue Bear entrance), find F Atrium, and you will find Registration in Lobby F by following signs.

Important policies and notes:
-Badges are generated using data from your registration portal. Log in to the Attendee Portal to see or update the data that will be used on your badge. They can also be modified on-site, but there may be a wait.
-Badges are non-transferable to other patrons, and are specific to each badge purchaser.
-All attendees are required to wear a valid badge at all times, and have appropriate level of access for workshops, Business Lounge, -Practitioner Lounge, and other limited areas.
-All attendees are bound by general ticket terms and conditions, the attendee code of conduct and event policies, venue rules and policies, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
International travel guidance

Safety & Code of Conduct
Psychedelic Science 2025 is an educational event that serves a broad community. Maintaining a safe space for everyone to learn and enjoy is our top priority.
By attending the conference, you agree to abide by the PS2025 Code of Conduct.
We ask that all attendees must take the time to familiarize themselves with this prior to arriving at the event.
In addition to the Code of Conduct, all attendees are bound by the ticket terms & conditions, venue rules and policies, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
For an emergency that requires immediate attention, such as a physical injury, please ask the nearest event staff, security, or volunteer team member to contact Event Management Services.
If you would like to report inappropriate, uncomfortable, or unsafe behavior or situations during the conference, you can contact safety@psychedelicscience.org or visit Guest Services and ask to speak with a supervisor about a safety incident.

Small personal bags, such as a briefcase, laptop bag, purse, or small backpack, are permitted. For safety reasons, all bags are subject to search when entering and inside the venue.
The following items are prohibited on-site, and grounds for ejection without refund:
-Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and other sharp objects
-Professionals audio and video recording devices, professional cameras, and drones (unless pre-approved by the Media team)
-Stand-up scooters
-Laser pointers
-Stickers and markers
-Disruptive noise-making devices
-Any hazardous substance or item containing a hazardous substance
-Threatening signs or apparel
-Outside food or beverage
-Any item management deems a safety hazard
-Any substance that is prohibited by the venue, regardless of state or local law
Our event is an educational forum held at the Colorado Convention Center, which is owned by the City of Denver.
Regardless of local state law, the venue’s policy prohibits the possession or use of cannabis, psychedelics, and other non-prescription drugs on-site at the venue.
Several on-site resources are available for people seeking support with challenging experiences or education about safer use and harm reduction, including the Zendo Project and DanceSafe.
For emergencies, contact the nearest event staff, volunteer, security, or an emergency medical services team member.
Food & Beverage Options
If you ordered a meal package for on-site lunches in advance, it will be served in the Dining Room on the Terrace Level from 1:00pm - 2:30pm.
To purchase casual food and drink on-site from 11:30am - 3:30pm, we recommend the many options in the Expo Hall, which are located in the rear, past the expo booths. (See list below.)
For gourmet coffee and grab-and-go food, the venue also has a few built-in options on-site.
Water will be available on-site at various common areas, and coffee service will be available Wednesday - Friday mornings in the Expo Hall.
Finally, there are numerous options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, throughout downtown Denver.

Guest services & accessibility
The Colorado Convention Center is a modern, ADA-compliant venue, and our conference complies with all Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
We will have some wheelchairs available at the registration booth if needed; and a "people mover" golf cart that will be in use during the afternoons. If you have questions about accessibility support or would like to request special accessibility services, please contact accessibility@psychedelicscience.org.
Complimentary child care will be provided by KiddieCorp for children from ages 6 months to 12 years, subject to capacity.

Bathrooms, including ADA-compliant bathrooms, are located through the venue.
Gender neutral restrooms are located outside of Exhibit Hall E and in the form of three single-unit "Family Restrooms." (Unfortunately, the Colorado Convention Center does not let us replace or cover existing signage, so we cannot convert gendered restrooms into Gender Neutral restrooms. All attendees are welcome to use the bathrooms that align with their gender identity.)
Off-site Parties, Events & Fun
On the evening of Tuesday, June 19, please be sure to join us at the Official Psychedelic Science Kickoff Party at the Mission Ballroom featuring Flying Lotus, Reggie Watts, Vic Mensa and Jim James, produced by our friends at Good Trip Studios. (Advance tickets strongly recommended, use code MAPS2025 for a discount.)
After the closing plenary on Friday, June 20, you can head to the Ogden to rock out with the Drive-By Truckers and Deer Tick, or back to the Mission Ballroom to get down with LSZEE (LSDream + CloZee.)
